Slow estate is located in the green and picturesque part of Olsztyn, in the Gutkowo district. Gutkowo is rich in natural values and recreational trails. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach 5 nearby lakes, including the largest one in Olsztyn - Lake Ukiel.

Estate will eventually consist of 8 intimate residential buildings with surface parking lots. The buildings will be 2 stories high, each equipped with an elevator and tenant storage units. The abundance of green areas and vegetation will promote relaxation, while the pathways around the estate will encourage walking or cycling. The estate will feature playgrounds and a multifunctional sports field for playing football, basketball, or tennis. Pet lovers will be able to use the dog activity course (agility course) and feed birds and squirrels in specially prepared birdhouses hung on trees.
