Completed investments
In Olsztyn, we have built a multi-family housing estate – AURORA, consisting of 9 modern buildings with a total of 658 apartments. The estate is located in the Nagórki district on Barcza Street, adjacent to a park and the largest playground in Olsztyn. The estate area is safe and family-friendly. Residents have access to internal playgrounds with swings and sandpits, outdoor gyms, sidewalks, and alleys. The architects have provided seating areas, bicycle racks, and a rich variety of plants and trees.
The estate is quiet and safe, with video intercoms and cameras. All floors in the buildings are served by quiet elevators that also provide access to underground garages. Residents can use storage rooms, bicycle rooms with repair stations, and electric car charging stations. The apartments are equipped with security doors, and windows facing the courtyard have external shutters on the ground floor. The advantages of the apartments include panoramic windows, large terraces, and room heights ranging from 2.72 to 3 meters.
AURORA ESTATE STAGE 1
As part of the first stage of the investment, 139 apartments were built, ranging in size from 26 to 70 m², including 8 apartments ranging from 50 to 93 m². This stage was completed in August 2019.
AURORA ESTATE STAGE 2
As part of the second stage of the investment, 138 apartments were built, ranging in size from 26 to 78 m², including 4 apartments ranging from 52 to 105 m². This stage was completed in November 2020.
AURORA ESTATE STAGE 3.1
In stage 3.1, we delivered 132 apartments ranging in size from 27 to 91 m², including 4 apartments with terraces on the 6th floor. This stage was completed in 2021.
AURORA ESTATE STAGE 3.2
As part of stage 3.2, 114 apartments were built, ranging in size from 29 to 120 m², including 3 apartments with terraces ranging from 88 to 120 m². This stage was completed in August 2022.
AURORA ESTATE STAGE 4
The final phase of the Aurora housing estate consists of 135 apartments with terraces and winter gardens. Two additional buildings were put into use in 2023. Thus, the construction of the estate, comprising 9 residential buildings with a total of 658 apartments and underground garages, has been completed.
