Ippon Group won the 2022 OtoDom Real Estate Leader plebiscite. At the gala, awards were given to developers from 7 main markets and the emerging market. To select the best candidates, they were subjected to a thorough evaluation. Both small and medium-sized companies as well as large, listed companies were taken into account. A specially appointed commission assessed developers based on a dedicated algorithm, according to which it analyzed, among others: quality data, financial position, but also customer service processes and the image that competition participants build on the market. The level of service and contact with the customer was checked using the mystery shopper method. The research was conducted by the independent research agency IQS. The award was received on behalf of Ippon Group by the President of the Management Board, Anna Bocian.
