Ippon Group is the OtoDom Real Estate Leader 2022

Marcelina Chodyniecka-Kuberska, a journalist from the website olsztyn.com.pl, talked to the President of the Management Board of Ippon Group - Anna Bocian - about the competition, current and planned investments and pro-social activities. Please watch the full interview.

The verification process of developers in the OtoDom Real Estate Leader competition lasted several months. A specially appointed commission assessed the companies based on many criteria, including: quality data, ecological solutions, comfort of future residents, but also customer service processes and the image that the competition participants build on the market.
The competition consisted of several stages. In addition to verifying the position and reliability of a given developer, the features of the implemented investments were also taken into account. What mattered was not only the idea and concept of the estate, but also its relationship with the surroundings, the availability of spaces for building relationships between people, as well as ecological solutions and green areas. The result of the study was the selection of the best developers from 7 main markets (Łódź, Warsaw, Kraków, Upper Silesia, Tricity, Poznań) and 1 winner from emerging markets covering the entire country.
Ippon Group won in the largest category of developers - emerging markets, having as competitors companies that carry out investments not only in one city, but throughout Poland. Both small and medium-sized companies as well as large, listed companies took part in the competition. This is a huge success and distinction for the company. The commission particularly liked the project of the Aurora housing estate in Olsztyn, which received the highest number of points. This project fits perfectly into the concept of a sustainable estate, which, in addition to the modern architecture of the buildings, cares for the local community, the environment and adaptation to the needs of various age groups.
One of the stages of the competition was an examination of the quality of customer service and the competences of the sales department. The developers were assessed by the independent research agency IQS. The mystery shopper test in the sales department was conducted three times. The agency verified, among others: the quality of customer service, ease of contact, reliability of the information provided, as well as the friendliness and politeness of employees. Ippon Group passed this test best of all the nominees. This means that the level of customer service in the sales department meets high evaluation criteria. Customers are therefore guaranteed professional service, reliable information and assistance at every stage of the purchase.
