TEMPO Housing Estate is a new development on the Olsztyn market, with sales starting in 2024. The name TEMPO refers to people who live at the pace of the city, taking advantage of the proximity to public transportation and bike paths. For those who use online shopping, parcel lockers for couriers have been installed. The courier delivers the package directly to the locker indicated by the resident by entering a PIN code.
