Anna Bocian
PresidentThe President of the Management Board since January 2021. Vice President Of the Board from 2016 to 2020. She has been implementing projects of companies belonging to the Group since 2014 and being involved in the real estate development and management market for over 15 years.
Responsible for such areas as operations, finance, sales and marketing. MBA graduate of the Kozminski University. The Faculty of Economic Sciences of UWM graduate- major in investment and real estate management.
Graduate of postgraduate studies in Business Psychology for Managers at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
She holds a degree obtained from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at UWM - specializing in investment and real estate management. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in business psychology for managers at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
Piotr Hałacz
Vice PresidentVice President of the Management Board for Investments of the Ippon Group since 2016. He has cooperated with the group since 2015.
23 years experience in the construction market, both in terms of general contracting and investor supervision.
Responsible for the area of investment implementation and expansion. The Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn graduate, major in civil engineering.
Sławomir Dec
Vice President of the Management Board for Financial AffairsHe has over 14 years of experience in institutional and corporate banking, specializing in credit analysis and credit risk management.
His responsibilities include shaping the company's financial strategy, managing cash flow, internal control, budgeting, as well as financial planning and analysis.
He earned his education at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the University of Warmia and Mazury. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in accounting at the University of Economics in Wrocław, financial controlling at the Kozminski University, and finance and accounting (ACCA) at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is currently in the advanced stages of obtaining the ACCA Professional certification.
